The Pre-Order Process in 3 Steps!
At Infinitely Pink, we provide authentic cosmetic lenses from the company EOS in South Korea. In order to maintain our competitive prices, we sell our cosmetic contact lenses through the use of batches.Step One - Placing an Order
Basically, this means that each batch will be open for a specific amount of time in which all orders and payments must be made. Once the batch date arrives, the batch then closes and we will process all the order. In order to prevent order cancellations and guarantee a customer's spot in the batch, we must have received their payments prior to the batch date.Step Two - Manufacturing
After the batch has ended, we will send in the orders and payments to our supplier in South Korea as soon as possible. Then, it will take approximately 3 weeks for the cosmetics lenses to be manufactured. The contacts will be shipped to us by EMS shipping which will take around 5-8 days to arrive.Step Three - Shipping / Facetrades
We will then sort the lenses and package them for our customers. If the order is being prepared for a facetrade, we will schedule the locations and times after they batch has arrived. If the order is being shipped, we will ship it to our customers within the next few days. It will take at most 2-3 weeks to arrive to our customers depending on where they are located.Please Note:
On average, it will take approximately a month and a half for the lenses to arrive to you after the batch has ended. Therefore, we recommend that an order is placed after the customer has read this note and agrees to be patient when waiting for their order.
